 Why did my order come in multiple packages?
Some items are fulfilled from different warehouses. This helps us get your order to you as quickly as possible. Shipping costs reflect combined fulfillment.

What size should I get?
Our clothes are unisex and we provide size guide for you. Double Check before purchasing.

Do you ship internationally?
We are new Start Up, so we currently focus on Canada and the US. But definitely Worldwide when we scale better.

When will my order ship?
Usually within 7-10 business days. During big restocks, allow up to 14 days.

How do I track my order?
You’ll get a tracking number once your order ships—give it a few days to update.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can’t be changed or canceled, so double-check your size, color, and address before buying.

What if my order is returned due to an incorrect address?
You’ll get a gift card refund minus the shipping fee.

Welcome!

All our products are made-to-order through Printful. Because of this, we do not offer refunds.

We only provide exchanges if you receive a defective item or the wrong item.


What qualifies for an exchange?

  • Defective or damaged products (printing errors, tears, etc.)

  • Incorrect product, size, or design shipped compared to your order

Please note:

  • Exchanges must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and with tags intact.

  • You must provide clear photos showing the defect or mistake.


Steps to get an exchange

  1. Contact us immediately

    • Email: goodfeelinshop@gmail.com

    • Include your order number, description of the problem, and photos.

  2. We review your request

    • Our team will check the photos and confirm the issue.

  3. We submit a replacement request to Printful

    • Printful requires proof of defect/wrong item and processes the replacement for us.

  4. Replacement sent to you

    • Once Printful approves, we will ship the correct item to your address free of charge.

  5. Return of defective item (if needed)

    • In some cases, we may ask you to return the defective product.

    • Instructions will be provided, and shipping cost will be covered if required.


Final Sale / Limited Drop Items

  • Products that are part of limited drops or discounted items are final sale.

  • No exchanges or refunds are allowed for these, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
